Wayne David Gasser has spent more than 25 years in the Entertainment Industry. His first job was working in the mail room at WNAC-TV (CBS) & RKO Radio while attending 'some' of his college classes in Boston.

Working himself up the ladder, Wayne at one point acted as a liaison between the CBS stars and the local station while they were in Boston promoting their various shows. At 19 years old he was greeting such guests as Lucille Ball, Beatrice Arthur, Valerie Harper, Bob Newhart, Dan Rather as well as Dr. Joyce Brothers, Woodward & Bernstein, Vincent Price and Jimmy Hoffa!

Upon graduating college, Wayne returned to New York City and through a chance meeting began working as a freelance publicist with rising young Kevin Bacon and Margaret Hamilton ('Wicked Witch of the West' in "The Wizard of Oz").

Shortly thereafter, word of Wayne reached Los Angeles and he was lured there by a job offer from David Hasselhoff's Manager and PR Firm. What happened in that endeavor opened Wayne's eyes to the 'not so nice' side of Hollywood.

Through a longtime New York friend, who was now living in Los Angeles, Wayne was introduced to actor Bill Beyers, who was starring on the CBS Daytime Drama "Capitol." This prompted Wayne to begin his own Publicity and Management firm, The Gasser Group, with Beyers as his first official client.

Wayne soon began representing other stars from "Capitol," "The Young & the Restless," "Santa Barbara," "Days of Our Lives," "General Hospital," and actors Sonny Shroyer ('Enos' from "Dukes of Hazzard") and Anthony Perkins
('Norman Bates' from the film classic "Psycho").

One of Wayne's clients 'dared' him into taking their acting class with them. It gave Wayne a deeper understanding of actors and their challenges. Strangely enough, two of his fellow students in that class included newcomer Brad Pitt and Drew Barrymore!

Wayne returned to his roots and New York City where he continues Personal Management for a select group of actors and teaches ActingHeartNYC cold reading classes.
